2026 Bocce Australia RAFFA OPEN Championships

Bocce Australia is delighted to announce that the 2026 Bocce Australia RAFFA OPEN Australian Championship will be hosted at the Casa D'Abruzzo Club in Epping, Victoria.  This competition is an official Bocce Australia qualification Championship with the winning players eligible to represent Australia at the Asia Oceania Bocce Raffa championship.    

Competition Format:

Doubles Men & Women Teams who will compete in a round-robin format, followed by semi-finals and finals in pools depending on number of players. 

Precision Throw Men & Women - 2 heats and finals

Eligibility: Open to all players members of a Bocce Australia Affiliated club

Bocce Clubs must be affiliated to Bocce Australia as from 30th September 2025 

Players must be Bocce Australia members as from 30th September 2025

Non-Bocce members who wish to compete are welcome to and will be required to pay a non-member registration fee.                               

1. ORGANISATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY & REGISTRATION FEE

Bocce Australia will conduct this Championship in conjunction with the Rules & Regulations of the CMSB & CBI (RAFFA).

Player /Officials Entry Fee:    

Bocce Australia members $70 

Non-Bocce members who wish to compete will be required to pay a non-member registration fee in addition to the respective Bocce State full membership fee to their respective state federation.

Game Day Lunch (COMPULSORY):

$15pp with drinks at Club Bar Prices

(Includes lunches for Thursday, Friday & Monday) 

Note: Game Day meal tickets are included in registration fee.  Guests can purchase lunch tickets the day prior via Tidy HQ or at the event.

No refunds will apply 

Dinners can be booked at the Club Bistro, Club Cafe Bar or local eateries at the teams own discretion.  

 

Gala Dinner Monday 8th June (Compulsory player/officials attendance):  

Bocce Australia Members & Partners $70pp and

Visitors, Guests, or Non-bocce Australia members $75pp

Under U12 Kids price $60pp

4 course meal with drinks at club bar prices.

Live entertainment provided 

Any dietary needs need to be advised.

Player /Officials Entry Fee:    

$130pp – Includes;

• Bocce Australia subsidised Registration/Entry fee
• 1 ticket for the Gala Presentation Dinner
• 4 Game Day lunches (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Monday)
